Winged Eyeliner can be bold or subtle in many different variations or styles. Foxy wings can be designed pointed high to help lift the eyes and to create youth and a dramatic effect. Depending on what is most attractive to eye shape, a pre-drawing is done and approved before procedure to determine the best winged look. A double numbing process is included.
